Astrological-themed BGC café Kas & Poly has teamed up with food concept Brunch Bureau for a special line-up of brunch classics from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. These include innovative spins on Filipino breakfast and lunch favorites, like the Brunch Bureau Benedict (topped with fried tocino, fried spinach, eggs and torched dalandan hollandaise over buttery toasted banana bread and served with spicy truffle honey) and Manila Carbonara (creamy linguine with sausage crumbles, mushrooms, cream sauce, and poached egg with cured egg yolks).
Diners can also enjoy BGC-exclusive treats like the Honey Butter Chicken & Salted Egg Waffle (salted egg bubble waffle with honey butter crispy chicken and strawberry coulis and cream sauce for some sweet and savory fun), as well as the decadent Fruit and Nut Crêpe (generously topped with diplomate cream, salted caramel sauce, lemon gel, strawberry coulis, and fresh fruits with mixed nuts).
If brunch isn’t quite your thing, Kas & Poly also offers all-day Mediterranean feasts and pizza—along with creative cocktails—which are perfect for group hangouts or catch-up sessions. These include the wholesome Mediterranean Falafel Bowl (served with hummus, pickled vegetables, couscous, salsa fresca, dried fruits, and a side of pita bread) and Capricorn pizza (a white sauce creation with crumble feta, cherry tomatoes, chicken souvlaki, charred grapes, mushrooms, and cherry balsamic glaze). Day or night, there’s something for everyone in the new food concept collaboration.

Inspired by a deep fascination with the cosmos, this zodiac-themed restaurant boasts rich set and a la carte menus and a welcoming ambiance that celebrates the Mediterranean tastes of the constellations. Kas & Poly blends Turkish, Italian, Spanish, and Greek culinary profiles to create its distinct offering. The star of the show is a 12-course Zodiac tasting menu wherein each course corresponds to a specific astrological sign. The restaurant also offers a 5-course menu aptly named the Big 3 (Sun, Moon, Rising), which, if you’re familiar with astrology, provides a succinct telling of your personality. They also have the Cosmos Plant-Based 5-Course menu with energizing starters and refreshing beverages for those with dietary preferences. An à la carte menu that caters to varying cravings is also worth exploring.
In addition to their dining space, Kas & Poly features the Gemini Lounge on the Mezzanine Level, which can serve small and intimate functions or host larger events by booking the entire second floor. When the moon has risen, guests are invited to partake in their “Stellar Booze + Cosmic Booze” segment, with a DJ playing curated music every Wednesday to Saturday starting at 9:00 p.m.

Just from their name, you know Brunch Bureau takes brunch seriously. For one, all their locations have the minimalist straight-out-of-Pinterest look of the ideal brunch-with-the-girls spot, with cushioned wooden chairs, pastel green and orange accents, and lots of greenery and natural light. They have a section on their menu for All-Day Brunch, but anything you order works. If you’re really craving classic brunch fare though, go for the Brunch Bureau Benedict (P495) served with fried tocino and a torched dalandan hollandaise over butter toasted banana bread—yes, you read that right. Trust us, the sweet-savory combination just works. The Brunch Burger can get messy with a sunny-side egg and whipped kesong puti sandwiched with a juicy beef patty but it’s worth it.
While Brunch Bureau offers your classic espresso-based drinks, they also have a Lattes Around the World selection worth checking out—go for the Saigon (P230/hot, P240/cold), their version of a Vietnamese coffee or the Nippon (P220/hot, P230/cold), an Okinawa-inspired cappuccino sweetened with unrefined brown sugar cane. Boozy brunch can happen here, too, with their line of Brunch Cocktails—go classic-with-a-twist with their Yuzu Ichigo Mimosa (P400).
